Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

ANURANJAN TIRKEY believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy applicable to all IT and internet products. Under this policy, customers can cancel their purchases within a specified time frame.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2-3 days of placing the order. Cancellations for IT products are permitted unless the service or product has already been accessed or downloaded.

3. Product Quality

Refunds or replacements can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is unsatisfactory.

4. Access Issues

If you experience issues accessing your IT product, please report them to our Customer Service team. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

5. Product Expectations

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 2-3 days of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will take appropriate action based on your complaint.

6. Warranty Complaints

For products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer to their respective policies for assistance.

7. Refund Processing

In case of any refunds approved by ANURANJAN TIRKEY, it will take 3-4 days for the refund to be processed back to the end customer.
